Referral Service Disclosure
This site connects Muncie homeowners with independent local waterproofing contractors; we are a referral service, not a contractor.
What We Are
Muncie Basement Waterproofing is a lead-generation and referral website. We do not perform waterproofing, contracting, or inspection work, and we do not employ tradespeople. When you submit a request, we forward your information to an independent local contractor who contacts you directly, provides any estimate, and performs and warranties any work.
Information We Collect
When you use the quote form, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email, address or ZIP, the type of project, when water appears, and any description or notes you add. We forward this to the independent contractor we work with for this market so they can contact you about your request.
How Your Information Is Used
Your request goes to a single local contractor, not to a list of bidders. We do not sell your information. By submitting a request, you agree to be contacted by phone, text or email about your project by the contractor we forward it to.
No Claims of Work Performed
Any illustrations or diagrams on this site are schematic and for general education only. They do not depict work performed by us or by any contractor and are not before-and-after project photos. We make no claims about years in business, licensing, reviews, or ratings of any contractor.
Cost Information
Any price ranges shown are national figures cited from third-party sources such as HomeGuide and are not a quote for your home. Only an on-site inspection by a contractor can provide a real estimate.
